Ribeiro Partners is growing. We're looking for recruiters — experienced or hungry to learn — who thrive on commission-only compensation because they know what they're worth and want to be paid accordingly.

This isn't a corporate recruiting desk where you're handed a script and a territory. You'll own full-cycle searches from client acquisition to candidate placement. You'll work directly with founders, VPs, and C-suite leaders at some of the fastest-growing technology companies in the US.

We provide the infrastructure — the brand, the tools, the client relationships, the training, and the support system. You provide the drive. The split is generous and the ceiling doesn't exist. Full compensation details are below.

We hire globally. Our current team spans North America and South Africa. If you can sell, source, and close in English-speaking markets, your timezone and location are secondary.

Average placement fee at Ribeiro Partners is $15,000. A recruiter making 2 placements per month at the 35% tier earns $10,500/month. At 4 placements and the 40% tier, that's $24,000/month.

A team lead making 3 personal placements plus overriding a pod of 3 recruiters who average 2 placements each can clear $30,000-$40,000/month.

First-placement bonus: $500 cash when you close your first deal. No strings.
